1. Flagship Studios ran into financial difficulties.
2. Hellgate London wasn't as successful as they expected it to be. (I thought it was great, but i didn't like the whole subscription part for more content.)
3. Flagship Studios is now closing down and some of the personnel are creating a game company named "Runic Games".

Wa, I think Flagship is playing around some tricks. They propably trying to raise funds for Mythos Open beta. They dont wanna ruin their game while they are short of resources. When Mythos comes back, its probably be perfect and will able to hold a large amount of players. I just hope its that way :P
